Tapestry Crochet Bag
Fashionable? Yes. Chic? Yes. T-shirts? What?
If you’re a regular at The Knitting Tree LA, you may have already seen the infamous Allspice Tote. Now come learn to make your own! Made with bulky t-shirt yarn, this durable bag looks and feels expensive with a motif pattern perfect for this summer’s vibe.
This class will feature guidance for modifying the pattern in quality of life ways that students can transfer to future patterns. We will cover how to create different shaped bases for bags, how to do tapestry crochet for a bag interior that looks almost as immaculate as the exterior, and how to make bag straps that stay secure.
