(Potted Plant) Sweater!

This pattern features stranded colorwork but is a great opportunity to learn how to do
ladderback jacquard for yarn management in stranded colorwork. We will also focus on color dominance when knitting in stranded colorwork for the smoothest results.

Ruukkutarha is a word from Finland meaning “potted garden.” This very blousy sweater is made top-down, uses short row shaping, and colorwork charts for stranded colorwork.

You can select any colors you want for the main color, plant leaves, and pots, but for an
interesting version of this pattern, consider 3 distinct tones in one color such as this example.
