Multiple techniques combine to make this fun, summer-ready cross stitch vest. While
reinforcing what you already know, we will focus on developing new skills: color combining, consistent tension, edge stitching, cross stitch on crochet, and more. Come prepared to learn a lot, have fun, and discover a pattern that will inspire you.

When: Four Saturdays: May 2, 9, 23, & 30, from 10:00AM–12:00PM
Fee: $85 for 4 weeks

Prerequisites:
Advanced-beginner crochet skills required. No previous knowledge of cross stitch required.
*Note: This is not a class for those who want to learn how to crochet.

Materials:
- Pattern: purchase prior to start of class

- Yarn: worsted weight yarn; any fiber content, but cotton recommended; 760-1140 yds
depending on size (sizes 1-9 included in pattern)
- scraps of worsted weight yarn in various colors for cross-stitching
- Buttons: three 3/4-inch buttons

Tools:
- 6 mm crochet hook
- tape measure
- yarn needle
- scissors
- stitch markers

We do require a 72-hour advance notice for cancellations to receive credit for another class.  No credit, partial or full, will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the start of the event.  This class is for adults, no children under 13 please.
