You've knit so many scarves and hats that your relatives are saying "Enough!"

It's time to dive into making your first sweater!  Annette and Anne will guide you through determining the right size based on your measurements, knitting a gauge swatch (yes, it's vital for a sweater that will actually fit you!), understanding basic garment construction, knitting the pieces, and finally, finishing!

The class will meet 4 times, with 2 weeks in between for knitting.

When: Sundays 10am-12pm, January 16th, January 30th, February 13th, February 27th
Instructor: Anne Kamsvaag, Annette Corsino
Cost:  $120 for 8 hours of instruction

Who is this class for?  You need to be comfortable with knits, purls, and simple increases and decreases
What you will need:

Cascade 220 superwash yarn in the color of your choice (we'll determine how many the first class).  Size, 7, 8, and 9  32" circular needles, notebook, pen, scissors, tapestry needle, tape measure.

Bring a cardigan that fits you well.

Please note this workshop is for adults only (ages 13 and up).

Students receive a 10% discount on materials they purchase for their class from The Knitting Tree, L.A.

We do require a 72-hour advance notice for cancellations. No refunds, partial or full, will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the start of the event.
