Description: Do you have a shawl that you never wear anymore? Would you like to make it new again? This class will teach you how to add whole new life to a knitted project. Easily add a splash of color or a touch of texture. Make a wonderful piece of knitting into a fabulous work of art.

Course Fee: $60 for four hours of instruction (Materials fee included).
Materials: Paper piecing kits will be provided by the instructor.
- Paper-cutting scissors
- Ballpoint pen
- A garment to dress up (shawl, scarf, sweater, socks, etc.)
- Optional: You may bring your own fabric if you like. Fabric will be provided by the instructor
Session 1: Focus on paper piecing: How to create hexagons, yo-yos, and raw edge applique.
Session 2: Focus on sewing: How to place your pieces. What knits work best with what fabrics.
Recommended for: All Knitters, anyone comfortable with hand-sewing.
Please note this workshop is for adults only (ages 13 and up).
